Born in Treviso, Italy, in 1981, Valentina graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2005. In 2004, she began her work with Fabrica.

At Fabrica she deals mainly with product design and interior design. Her projects include a range of blown-glass objects for Secondome, a collection of tableware for Bosa and limited edition pieces for Zanotta and Granville Gallery (Paris). Moreover, the restyling of the new Fabrica Features shops in Bologna and Lisbon was to her design, with the idea of using a technical material (the yellow wood typically used in the construction industry) to play with the brand colors and create furniture.

Since 2008 she has worked as a freelancer and consultant for Fabrica.
Her designs have been exhibited at Triennale di Milano, Gardiner Museum (Toronto), MAD Museum (New York) , MUDAC (Lausanne) and at the Milano Furniture Fair.
Her work aims to give a soul to surrounding objects and create a strong emotive interaction with the user.

She loves spending hours at the hardware shops of the world, looking for unusual little components.
